It's like an air battle mixed with chess. The objective is to bomb the other team before they bomb you, but if you're too far away from your opponent, he can just turn around and come back to shoot at you. And in the sky above, there are aircrafts that can shoot down missiles or aircrafts that are flying towards you that need to be taken out. So there's strategy involved in not only how close you fly into your opponents territory but also when so they don't have time to counterattack. I'm sorry for this long-winded response... And sorry for the long post as well. But I feel like someone might be interested in this. I understand the question, but the weapon that is being asked about isn't a plane or helicopter - it's an AA Type missile. I believe it's a Stinger Missile, but I'm not sure and don't actually know if there is such a plane as an F-30 Nighthawk. I've never heard of it either, so it may be an actual plane made up for the game or something completely different altogether. I've spoken to someone that really knows how the Stinger works. The plane was called "Flanker", but now renamed as "F-30". It has an advanced avionics suite, tailed by a laser designator, very powerful air-to-air missiles, moderately powerful air-to-ground missiles and smart bombs. This plane is now used by NATO forces in Europe. Thank you for the response! I was hoping they would have more of a description of it! I've never heard of this plane either, but that isn't uncommon with all the different military planes that are made up for video games or movies.
